FAQ
Straight answers
- Do you replace our MEP firm or general contractor?
- No — we complement them. We're the independent, vendor-neutral specialists you bring in for the high-density envelope: the part where standardised plans meet the physical realities of 100 kW+ racks. We work alongside your existing team and OEMs.
- Do you really guarantee uptime?
- We guarantee the thermal and power environment your workload runs in — defined precisely, measured continuously, and bounded sensibly. We can't underwrite your software, and we won't pretend to. What we assure is the envelope: inlet temperatures, flow, ΔT, and headroom for your stated IT load.
- Does our proprietary facility data leave our environment?
- No. The analysis tools run locally, on-prem, against local models. Your blueprints, CFD reports, and telemetry never leave your control. For high-value clients, that's non-negotiable — and it's how we work by default.
- What size and type of projects do you take?
- Bespoke, ultra-dense 5–10 MW pods and surgical retrofits — not 100 MW greenfield builds. If failure and latency are existential threats and your footprint is power-constrained, that's exactly the work we do.
- Why is everything framed around power, not just cooling?
- Across the US, the grid is increasingly full — capacity auctions are clearing short and interconnection now takes the better part of a decade. Your real constraint is a fixed megawatt envelope you can't expand. Our job is to land more usable compute inside it.
